Accept booking request automatically
Sometimes for those trusted and repeat booking guests, you may want to automatically confirm their booking requests. Linkedbooking enables you to do that with the Instant Book feature.
When instant book is turned on for a guest, all booking requests from the guest will be accepted instantly, without you needing to accept. This provides an awesome booking experience for your trusted guests and saves you time.
To turn Instant Book on or off:
- From your Linkedbooking Admin, go to Guests
- From the Guest List page, click the row of the guest you want to turn instant book on.
- From the Guest Detail page, toggle Instant Book on or off
- Click Save
Tip:
Make sure you are confident that the guest’s booking request should be automatically accepted. In most of the cases, you want to look at a potential guest’s profile and read their messages before accepting their booking requests.
