Linkedbooking comes with 4 automated reservation emails that you can customize to fit your needs. These automated reservation emails ensure that your guests are kept informed and up-to-date about their reservations at your properties. You can turn each of the emails on or off as needed
Types of emails sent to guests
The following emails are sent automatically to keep your guests informed about their reservations:
Send confirmations of their reservations: Notify your guests when their booking requests have been accepted. When you accept a booking request, the reservation is in confirmed status.
Send declinations of their reservations: Notify guests immediately when their reservation has been declined.
Send Thank You Email: Showing your appreciation, A Thank You Email can increase repeat bookings. Thank You Email will be automatically sent to your guests the next day after guest checkout.
Send cancellation of their confirmed reservations: If you have to cancel a confirmed reservation, this email can notify guests immediately when their confirmed reservation has been canceled.
Turning email off
The 4 automated reservation emails are turned on by default. You can choose to turn them off as needed. Once an automated email has been turned off, it will not be sent out to your guests.
To turn emails off:
From your Linkedbooking Admin, go to Settings
Click Reservation Emails
Click one of the automated reservation emails.
On the Email Template page, simply drag the switch to OFF mode.
Customizing reservation emails sent to guests
Linkedbooking provides a template for each of the automated reservation emails. You can customize the template as needed.
To customize the reservation emails you send
From your Linkedbooking Admin, go to Settings
Click Reservation Emails
Click one of the reservation emails
Click anywhere in the dashed box to edit the content
Checking emails sent to guests
You can check all of the automated email content sent to guests.
To check the reservation emails you send
From your Linkedbooking Admin, go to Reservations
Click the Reservation of which you want to check the automated emails.
On the Reservation Detail page, click the Emails Tab
